Good news for rugby lovers in the country as the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua will be playing warm-up matches in preparation for the 2023 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific in the country this month.

Head of Commercial and Marketing Shane Hussein says they are excited to let Fijians know that rugby action will start this month.

He says they will enjoy seeing their favourite Drua players against another Super Rugby Club featuring their own international stars in the upcoming trial.

Hussein says they have made tickets for the trial affordable as well, and fans will be able to purchase this right from their phones, as well as in-store purchases if they wish.

He adds that trial matches are really enjoyable for fans, as they can see almost all available squad members in action.

The Head of Commercial and Marketing says they will announce the trial match date, venue and opponent for Fiji as soon as the venue agreement is in place.

Hussein also says they will be announcing ticket prices and the format shortly.
