Drua name formidable lineup to topple the Blues at Eden Park

The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua has named a formidable lineup to take on the Auckland Blues in the do-or-die quarter final clash this Saturday at Eden Park in New Zealand.

Livai Natave, Tevita Ikanivere, and Mesake Doge form the front row this week, while locks Mesake Vocevoce and Leone Rotuisolia retain their positions from last week.

Etonia Waqa will be at blindside flanker while Kitione Salawa will be at openside flanker.

Captain Ratu Meli Derenalagi will be at number 8.

Veteran, Frank Lomani will start at halfback, with Isaiah Armstrong-Ravula starting at number 10.

Kemu Valetini will cover the inside centre position with dynamic Iosefo Masi at outside centre.

Waqa Nalaga will be on the openside wing while try scoring machine Selestino Ravutaumadua is at blindside wing, and Iliesa Drosese at fullback.

The Drua have a strong bench coming into this match with Zuriel Togiatama, Elia Tuqiri, and Samu Tawake covering the front row while Isoa Nasilasila, Motikiai Murray and Elia Canakaivata cover the back row.

Peni Matawalu and Caleb Muntz will cover the halves combination for the backline.

The Drua take on the Blues at 7.05pm Saturday in Auckland.
