Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua Women coach Mosese Rauluni

As the Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua Women hunt for their first-ever Super Rugby home semi final, coach Mosese Rauluni is determined that the girls are ready for the challenge ahead of them.

Rauluni says the girls are in a good place mentally, especially after their poor performance against the NSW Waratahs in Round 2.

He says they have been training well, and most of the girls are looking forward to their trip to Melbourne.

Meanwhile, former Nadroga Women’s rugby captain Repeka Tove will make her Super Rugby Women’s debut this Saturday after being named on the wing.

Raulini made five changes to the starting line-up that beat the Brumbies 20-7 last week.

The forwards remain the same, while the five changes are all in the backline.

Evivi Senikarivi is back at halfback alongside Salanieta Kinita, who makes her first start of this season at flyhalf.

Adita Milinia returns to the starting lineup and will pair with Tove on the wings.

Centre Merewai Cumu is back at second five, partnering with Vani Arei who will start at outside centre.

Atelaite Buna shifts from the wing to start at fullback.

The Drua will meet the Rebels at 7.05pm tomorrow.

In other Super Rugby Women’s matches, the Waratahs face the Reds at 7.05 tonight, while the Brumbies take on the Western Force at 4.35pm tomorrow.
