Domoni�s record worst ever

Fiji rugby coach Samu Domoni Junior’s record will go down as one of the worst records for Fiji Rugby.

Since taking over the coaching role in September, 2009 his two year reign has been one of the saddest moments in Fiji’s rugby history.

Fiji’s ranking has dropped from the Top 8 where we finished after the 2007 Rugby World Cup to 16th place - the worst ever ranking for our team.

He also became the first ever Fiji 15s coach to lose to Japan at home in the Pacific Nations Cup and also recorded the biggest losing margin to Tonga 45-21 since 1924.

In the PNC standing Fiji finished in last spot this year under his guidance.

Last night was also the first time for Fiji not to score a single point in a RWC with the 66-0 loss to Wales.

Domoni on many occasions has said that the players did not follow the game plans and even saying that players emotions resulted in their losses.
