The spirit of Diwali will come alive at the Rups Mega Complex in Nakasi this afternoon, as the much-anticipated Navtarang and Radio Sargam Diwali Dhamaka Show promising a night filled with music, laughter and dazzling performances.

Senior Content Director Satya Nand says crowds are expected to turn up early, so he is encouraging people to arrive by 3 or 4pm to secure a good viewing spot before the show officially kicks off at 5pm.

He says the event will feature live stage performances from some of Fiji’s most loved radio personalities, including the 5 to 6 team, who says their goal is to bring the same fun, humour and connection from the airwaves straight to the stage.

The evening will include performances from the personalities, and Yuva Dance Group, blending Bollywood flair with traditional Fijian-Indian culture.

Nand has also hinted at a few surprise appearances including a well-known artist whose music has been a favourite.

People are encouraged to enjoy the show with their family and friends as we will celebrate Diwali on October 21st.

The show will begin at 5pm.
