Digicel Fiji CEO, Farid Mohammed and interim President of the SVA, Kemueli Naiqama signing the agreement for title right sponsorship.

Digicel Fiji and the Suva Volleyball Association have signed an agreement that will see Digicel become the naming rights sponsor for the Association’s Club League competition this season.

Digicel Fiji CEO, Farid Mohammed says they are happy to return as the sponsor and they look forward to improved competition and development of players in the community.

The interim President of the Suva Volleyball Association, Kemueli Naiqama says this sponsorship will allow the association to achieve their development plans in bridging the gap between the men's and women's teams by trying to increase more women participation.

There are 22 men's and 9 women's teams confirmed to participate in the Digicel SVA Club League competition.

The competition begins this Saturday and will run for the next 24 weeks at the LICI Courts in Suva.
