Good news for community members who are looking at conducting a community project that will impact the lives of their community as Digicel Fiji has today launched an initiative that can provide funding for their work.

Digicel Fiji has launched an All in Fiji initiative where they are providing a grant of up to $50,000 to any community project that will change the lives of the people in a community.

CEO Farid Mohammed says this project could be in the space of education, youth empowerment, health, sustainable living and community safety.

He says people can submit their ideas they might have for their community project on their webpage www.areyouallin.today.

Mohammed says they will evaluate the ideas and based on their evaluation on how much that project impacts the community, they will provide a grant for that particular idea to become a reality.

He adds that they know that there are ideas in the community but there is always a lack of funding to bring the ideas to life.

The CEO says they have been involved in many community projects in Fiji where it has had an impact on the people's lives.

He says the funding they are providing will help individuals or groups to implement projects to uplift local communities.
