Defending U19 champions Xavier College and Kamil Muslim College from Ba have qualified for the first semi final in the Secondary Schools IDC tournament 2023.
Kamil Muslim College Coach Mohammed Ashif Khan says they are looking forward to the victory this year as this is the second time the school has qualified for the semi final after their win in 2016.
In the quarter finals today, Kamil Muslim College beat Nadi Sangam College 2-1 while Xavier College beat Labasa College 1-0.
Looking at the girl's division quarter finals, Ba Sanatan College beat Vunimoli Islamia College 1-0 while All Saints College beat Sabeto College 3-2.
Ba Sanatan College and All Saints College have qualified for the first semi final.
