Queen Victoria School winger Paul Buisena has secured the U14 title for his school after a last minute try in the corner sent Suva Grammar School packing 17-15.

QVS took an early lead scoring just 2 minutes into the first half and then a converted try just before the break to lead 12-0 at half-time.

Grammar fought back bravely in the second half as inside centre Josua Patrick spotted a gap and chipped the ball behind the defence.

Patrick regathered before handing it off to hooker Niumaia Vakalevei to crash over on the corner to bring the scores to 12-5.

Grammar quickly rallied from a set piece to send fullback Charlie Ligabalavu over, kick converted to draw the scores level at 12-12.

Flyhalf Taubale Qalo put Grammar into the lead 15-12 for the first time in the game after successfully converting a penalty.

QVS wrestled the lead away with winger Paul Buisena scoring in the corner to make it 17-15 and winning them the game.
