Deans: Cuvu College to meet Ratu Navula in Western Zone U18 rugby final

Defending Vodafone Western Zone Secondary School Rugby U18 champion Cuvu College will face Ratu Navula College in the Western Zone Deans final after both teams won their respective semifinal game matches yesterday at Lawaqa Park.

Cuvu College defeated Ba Provincial Free Bird Institute 24-10 while Ratu Navula edged Natabua High School 27-25.

In other semi final results yesterday, Ratu Navula defeated Nakauvadra High School 7-6 in the under 14, in the U15 Sigatoka Methodist College defeatedBa Pro 21-17 and Natabua defeatedBa Methodist High School 19-15, in the under 16, Methodist thrashedNatabua 22-7 and Ba Pro defeatedCuvu College 10-8.

In the under17, Natabua defeated Sigatoka Valley Secondary School 20-14 and Ratu Navula beat Xavier College 13-0.

In the U19, Nasikawa Vision College defeated Ba Pro 8-3 while Ratu Navula was held to a 10-all draw by Ba Methodist but Ratu Navula was given the win for scoring more tries.
