Minister for Employment, Parveen Bala.

Daylight saving will be held from December 20th this year to January 17th 2021.

People will have to wind their clocks one hour ahead at 2am on December 20th.

Minister for Employment, Parveen Bala says they had never thought of stopping daylight saving. He says it was just to decide on when it should start and end.

Bala says it is a short period and they also considered the request from the Ministry of Education to ensure school is not disrupted in any way.
