With the Fiji Airways Flying Fijians preparing to take on France in their first match of the Autumn Nations Cup, Head Coach Vern Cotter says the current set of players want to become the best Fiji team in history.

Cotter says they are one of the most instinctive players in the world and they do not want to curb their instinct by focusing too much on the structure.

He says they just want to have certain plans to get the best out of the quality in those players and not get into trouble while doing so.

The Fiji team to play France will be named tomorrow with Captain Semi Radradra, Ben Volavola, Josua Tuisova, Leone Nakarawa and Frank Lomani expected to be named.

Fiji take on France at 3.15am on Monday.

The two sides last met in November 2018 where Fiji beat France for the first time by 21-14.

Fiji will then meet Italy on 21st November before travelling to Murrayfield to play Scotland in the final round on the 28th of November.
