The Crusaders will revisit but not completely overhaul, their selection strategy for their trip against the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua.
They plan to include several All Blacks players in their lineup for this week's match.
The Moana Pasifika beat the Crusaders 45-29 in Christchurch on Saturday night to prevent them from grabbing the top spot on the Super Rugby Pacific ladder.
The Crusaders have slipped to third place.
They are probably planning to spare several frontline All Blacks such as Will Jordan, Scott Barrett, Codie Taylor and Fletcher Newell from the sapping heat of Suva.
The Drua will host the Crusaders this Saturday at the HFC Bank Stadium at 3.35pm.
