The Crusaders have shown why they are the best team in Super Rugby history as they outclassed the Blues 43 – 27 in the Super Rugby Aotearoa this afternoon.

Sevu Reece scored one of the four tries for the Crusaders.

Crusaders playmaker Richie Mo'unga also had a flawless game as he scored 28 points in the impressive win.

The Blues also had four tries but it was the kicking of Mo'unga that proved the difference.

The Crusaders led by 17-8 at half time.

71st minute: The Blues hit back straight away with a try of their own. Crusaders 36 vs Blues 27.

69th minute: Crusaders score a try from the back of a line out move. Crusaders 36 vs Blues 20

65th minute: Kurt Eklund gets his second and the Blues third try. Blues 20 vs Crusaders 29.

60th minute: Crusaders further extend their lead with a penalty. Crusaders 29 vs Blues 15.

55th minute: Another 3 points for the Crusaders. Crusaders 26 vs Blues 15.

52nd minute: Crusaders add another penalty to extend their lead. Crusaders 23 – Blues 15.

47th minute – Kurt Eklund scores the Blues second try. Conversion was successful. Crusaders 20 vs Blues 15

42 minute: Mo'unga adds another 3 points. Crusaders 20 vs Blues 8.
