Colgate-Palmolive Fiji and Damodar City have announced a three-year Christmas partnership to light up Suva and Labasa until 2027, giving back to the community and celebrating the moments that matter most to Fijian families.

The announcement was made at a signing event held at Cinelounge, Damodar City Suva, marking a significant milestone in the collaboration between the two well-known community brands.

For the first time ever, the full Christmas Tree Lighting celebration will be taken to Damodar City Labasa, expanding the magic of the season to families in the Northern Division.

Marketing Manager for Colgate-Palmolive Fiji, Jyotika Devi, says the partnership represents Colgate’s ongoing commitment to fostering community spirit and joy across Fiji.

She says this three-year commitment is their promise to Fiji, and they are especially excited to take the full Christmas Tree Lighting celebration to Labasa.

Devi adds that their mission is to champion a future everyone can smile about, and they are honored to help light up the festive season for thousands of families in both the Central and Northern divisions.

Damodar Group CEO, Div Damodar, welcomed the renewed partnership, noting that it will further strengthen their joint efforts to create memorable community celebrations.

Damodar says this significant commitment establishes Colgate as the official partner for their annual Christmas Tree Lighting events from 2025 through 2027, building on the strong foundation laid together last year.

He adds that they are particularly excited that this collaboration will, for the first time, bring the full magic and spectacle of the Christmas Tree Lighting celebration to the community of Labasa.

General Manager for Fiji and the Pacific Islands at Colgate-Palmolive, Adrian Romanin, says the public can expect vibrant celebrations at both Damodar City locations, featuring Colgate product giveaways, fun activities, and competitions with exciting prizes.
