Labasa businessman, Charan Jeath Singh has resigned from the National Federation Party.
Speaking to fijivillage, Singh says he will make a formal announcement regarding his future plans next week.
NFP General Secretary Seini Nabou has confirmed Singh’s resignation and says his Party membership had expired on 26th September last year.
Meanwhile, People’s Alliance Party Leader, Sitiveni Rabuka had earlier confirmed that he had a meeting last Friday after an invitation by Singh.
Rabuka says he had a good discussion with those that attended the meeting at the Grand Eastern Hotel.
