Ram Navami.

You can celebrate the birth of Lord Ram in your own homes at midday tomorrow with a special program on Radio Sargam as people cannot gather because of restrictions due to COVID-19.

Program host, Roneel Narayan says people will hear folk songs or kirtans from 11am tomorrow and the birth of Lord Ram will be celebrated at midday.

He is urging people to decorate their small swings, statues and pictures of Lord Rama and listen to special folk songs at midday tomorrow.

You can also take photos and videos of celebrations in your homes and share it on Radio Sargam’s Facebook page.

Narayan is urging Fijians to celebrate Ram Navami with your own family and follow all restrictions in place by the government to stay safe.
