The Tailevu North College U19 rugby team had a splendid day as they had a chance to tour the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua home in Legalega, Nadi.

The team was hosted by former Tailevu North College student and Fijian Drua looseman Elia Canakaivata.

Canakaivata shared his own experiences and encouraged the young ruggers to always believe in themselves.

Tailevu North College booked their spot in the U19 Vodafone Super Deans national quarter finals after finishing in first place in the Eastern Zone Secondary School Rugby competition.

They had defeated Lelean Memorial School 12-8 in the Eastern Zone semi finals, and thumped Queen Victoria School 33-19 in the final.

They will take on Naitasiri High School at King Charles Park 1 tomorrow.

In the U18 quarter-final, Ratu Kadavulevu School will take on Cuvu College at 12.40pm, Suva Grammar School will play Lelean Memorial School at 2pm, Natabua High School will meet Marist Brothers High School at 3.20pm, and Nasinu Secondary School will take on QVS at 4.40pm tomorrow.

All U18 matches will be played at Churchill Park 1.
