Caleb Plant insists he is fully capable of inflicting Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez’s second defeat since he was beaten on points by Floyd Mayweather Junior in 2013.

Alvarez last fought in May when he defeated Billy Joe Saunders.

With the win, the Mexican superstar retained his WBA and WBC titles, as well as added the WBO belt.

Alvarez has a record of 56 wins, 1 loss and 38 knockouts.

Undefeated American Caleb Plant was last in action in January when he scored a unanimous decision against Caleb Truax.

With the win, he made the third successful defence of his IBF title.

Plant has a record of 21 wins and 12 knockouts.

The fight program will start at 12pm on Sunday.
