The Cabinet has approved the review of Fiji’s Poverty Alleviation Eradication Strategy Framework 1999.
They say this framework has been developed through concerted efforts between state and non-state actors to develop a strategic framework that will address the driving forces and root causes of poverty in Fiji.
They add that the review will ensure better coordination, oversight, and technical support advice on poverty alleviation strategies in Fiji.
