Colonial War Memorial Hospital, Board of Visitors Chair, Dr Esther Williams has stated they are having a Clean Up Day on Saturday, February 25th.

Dr Williams says the organisations that have confirmed their participation are Paradise Beverages, QVS Old Boys, HFC Bank, BSP Bank, ANZ Bank, Suva Grammar School former scholars and Levukana Village.

She says at the moment they are just awaiting confirmation from the Medical Superintendent at CWM on the areas needing attention.

Permanent Secretary for Health, Dr James Fong says this is part of their new way of engagement where the Board of Visitors, CWM Administration and partners in the community register the work they want to do.

Dr Fong says the Ministry will then coordinate the various partners in whatever they can provide to the Hospital.
