Argentina were briefly playing with one man down as Lionel Messi was getting looked at by a trainer.
After a good minute or so of massage, Messi trotted back onto the field.
Argentina has maintained their perfect start to the tournament as they beat Canada 2-0 in the opening match.
In matches tomorrow, Ecuador takes on Jamaica at 10am while Venezuela takes on Mexico at 1pm.
