Questioning suspended for Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum

Former Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum and former Supervisor of Elections, Mohammed Saneem

Police are currently questioning former Supervisor of Elections, Mohammed Saneem at the CID Headquarters.

Chief of Intelligence and Investigations, Acting ACP, Sakeo Raikaci had earlier confirmed that Saneem is being questioned in relation to a complaint by the Acting Supervisor of Elections.

Meanwhile Police have suspended questioning for former Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum and he will be called again for further questioning later.

Sayed-Khaiyum is also being questioned in relation to the complaint by the Acting Supervisor of Elections.
