CFL signs as Official Radio and Online Partner with Hibiscus Festival Committee

Hibiscus Festival Fever is coming to Suva, and today Communications Fiji Ltd, which is the parent company of FM96, LegendFM, VitiFM, Navtarang, Radio Sargam, website fijivillage and events company Total Event Company has signed on as the Official Radio and Online Partner with the Hibiscus Festival Committee.

Chief Executive Chair of the Hibiscus Committee, Opetaia Ravai says they are thankful that CFL has come onboard with all their radio stations and their different target markets as well as their website fijivillage.

Ravai says they are grateful that CFL has partnered with them because they can see the channels of communications that they can utilise to promote the Hibiscus Festival.

CFL General Manager, Charles Taylor says he would first like to congratulate the Suva City Council for reviving the Hibiscus Festival after a lapse of so many years.

Taylor says they are looking forward to an entertaining program and CFL has a history of being involved in the Hibiscus Festival over the years by providing entertainment and MC’s on occasion and even some team members becoming Queens in the past.

He says they have got their 5 radio stations as they always like to say they are the ‘Biggest Mouths in Town’with the Lion’s share of the Radio Market with their massive online presence with fijivillage News leading the charge as well as their other online platforms.

SCC Chairman and Special Administrator, Tevita Boseiwaqa says they are thankful for the support and looking forward to a good partnership based on trust and cooperation. The Hibiscus Festival will be held from August 31st till September 7th at the Suva Foreshore.
