45-year-old bus driver, Anish Chand who is alleged to have caused the death of a woman following an accident along Careras Votualevu last week has been released on bail.
Chand appeared in the Nadi Magistrates Court this afternoon.
A curfew has also been placed on him between 6pm and 6am.
Chand has been charged with one count of dangerous driving occasioning death.
Police had earlier said the driver allegedly lost control of the bus causing it to veer off the road.
