Fiji Men's 7s player and Olympic gold medalist Napolioni Bolaca who is known for his humour and comic timing has shared a story that he says he will cherish for the rest of his life.

The story is on the team travelling to Tokyo for the Olympic Games and when teammate and travelling reserve Joseva Talacolo had asked if he could have a window seat.

Bolaca has dedicated his gold medal to his family and every Fijian who has been supporting them through their journey.

He says they have been away from home for about five months and they are grateful for the support.

Coach Gareth Baber says Bolaca still has the potential to become a better rugby player than he already is.

He says he would love to see the rise of Bolaca continue whether it is in 7s or 15s adding that Bolaca would potentially need a knee surgery to help him free up his running.
