A black cab has smashed into pedestrians in Covent Garden, one of London's busiest districts but London Police say the incident is not terrorism-related.
London Police say the incident is believed to be a car crash but that there are a "number of people injured".
Shoppers and tourists watched on in horror as the taxi mounted the pavement and ploughed into pedestrians.
