The two men who allegedly started the fire which destroyed a house and killed four elderly women in Benau, Labasa have been further remanded in custody.
19-year-old Zuhair Dean and 40-year-old Saimumu Din appeared before Judge Justice, Daniel Goundar today.
They have been charged with one count of arson, four counts of murder, and one count of attempted murder.
Justice Goundar has given them time to file formal bail application.
The four women killed in the fire were all in their 70s.
The case will be called again on the 24th of next month.
