Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team coach Gareth Baber says he is looking forward to watching potential players that can make the wider national 7s team at the Fiji Bitter Marist 7s at the ANZ Stadium.

One player Baber would keep an eye out for is Police and Nadroga player Rusiate Nasove.

Baber further says Nasove has been one of the players that has impressed him in the Skipper Cup.

He adds that Nasove has the traits of a good team player.

The tournament kicks-off today with the Under 21 competition where Marist will face Ratu Filise at 8 am at the ANZ Stadium.

The women's competition also starts today with CKs Ezybuy Marist facing Army at 9.50 am.

The pool games for the men's competition starts tomorrow and it will end with round one of elimination.
