Iosefo Masi contests a line-out for Tabadamu at the FRU Super 7s Series.

Tabadamu forward Iosefo Masi is continuing to impress Fiji Airways men’s national 7s coach Gareth Baber.

Masi has been part of the national 7s team training camp since his impressive performance in the Fiji Bitter Marist 7s final last year.

Baber told Fijivillage Sports that he has been impressed with the growth and maturity of Masi.

He says not all players improve their game and continue to grow after being in the national 7s team environment but Masi has continued to show his maturity.

Masi played for Tabadamu in the second leg of the Fiji Rugby Super 7s Series at Prince Charles Park over the weekend.

The third leg of the Fiji Rugby Super 7s Series will be held at Ganilau Park in Savusavu on the 19th and 20th of next month.

There will be two new teams in the third leg and they are expected to be from the Northern Division.

They will replace Bukuya and Dominion Brothers who finished as the bottom placed teams in the second leg at Prince Charles Park over the weekend.
