Ba villagers to benefit from Vutuni Irish Crossings

Approximately 2,000 residents of Vutuni and the nearby villagers in Ba will benefit from the two new Vutuni Irish Crossings.

While opening the crossings today, Minister for Infrastructure and Transport Parveen Bala says that these two crossings will support the harvesting and transporting of over 5,000 tons of sugarcane, boost vegetable and livestock farming in the area through improved connectivity.

Bala says the people of Ba must utilize this crossings for their maximum benefit.

The government invested $2.6million in constructing these two crossings.
