The Ba soccer team could lose three players in the player transfer window which closes tomorrow.

Ba coach, Ronil Kumar confirms that Beniamino Mateinaqara, Simione Nabenu and Atunaisa Naucukidi have applied for release to join Suva.

Meanwhile, Kumar says the team is working on their fitness as they have not played any matches in the past three months due to COVID-19 related restrictions.

He says fitness and injury will be a major issue for the team as they will be playing more matches in a short period of time.

Ba will have experienced players like Saula Waqa, Samuela Drudru, Malakai Tiwa and Abbu Zahid.

Ba will face Navua at 3pm this Saturday when the Vodafone Premier League resumes at the Fiji FA Academy Ground in Ba.
