As the FMF Inter District Championship return to Ba after more than 10 years, the Ba team prepares for matches in their hometown starting this Tuesday.
While speaking to fijivillage Sports, Ba coach Joshua Wilson says that despite inconsistencies throughout the year, the Ba team is now more structured and motivated.
As the football club celebrated it 90th anniversary, the coach believes it is a big boost to the players, as it will help motivate the them and get them to understand the legacy of Ba and how it started.
Wilson says that his team have more depth and a clear game plan with players knowing exactly what they want to do, what they are trying to achieve, how they need to play, and what is required to win games.
Wilson also highlighted that driving consistency in the team is important, adding that the team will be consistent in their approach and execution, and results will come.
Ba takes on Navua on Tuesday, Nadroga on Wednesday and old rivals Rewa on Wednesday at 8pm at 4R Stadium at Subrail Park.
