Forget waiting in line to deposit notes. Bank South Pacific has rolled out Smart ATMs across Fiji that lets anyone deposit cash instantly into any valid BSP account, reset a forgotten PIN, order statements and more, no branch visit needed.
Already live at 11 locations across the Central, Western and Northern divisions, the Smart ATM is available around the clock.

What makes it "smart"?
Regular ATMs let you withdraw cash and check your balance. The Smart ATM does all of that, but adds services that were previously only available at a branch.

The standout feature is the instant cash deposit. Money deposited at the Smart ATM lands in the account immediately — 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Smart ATM now accepts new polymer notes alongside standard Fiji Dollar banknotes — $5, $7, $10, $20, $50 and $100 denominations, up to 100 notes per transaction.
How to make a cash deposit
There are two ways to deposit — and both are open to BSP customers and the general public alike.
OPTION A
With your BSP card

Insert your BSP EasyCard or tap your VISA Debit card on the PayWave reader.

Enter your PIN on the keypad. (Forgotten it? Select "Forgot PIN" to reset via OTP.

Select "Cash Deposit" and choose the destination - your own account or third party BSP account.

Insert notes flat, long edge first. Up to 100 notes. No coins or cheques.

Verify amount on screen. Add more notes or confirm to complete.

Add a narration if needed - e.g. policy number for BSP Life Insurance premiums.

Collect your receipt. Funds credited instantly.
OPTION B
Without a card – account number only
Up to $500 per day

Press Enter on the welcome screen. No card or PIN needed.

Type in the BSP account number, then confirm it on the review screen (Check carefully - wrong accounts cannot be reversed.

Insert notes flat, long edge first. Up to 100 notes or confirm to complete.

Verify amount on screen. Add more notes or confirm to complete

Collect receipt. Funds credited instantly.
Important: Always double-check the account number before confirming. Once a deposit is complete, BSP cannot be held responsible for funds sent to the wrong account. If it happens, call 132 888 immediately.
Other things you can do at the Smart ATM
Forgot your PIN?
No need to visit a branch. Insert your card, select "Forgot PIN" and an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile. Make sure your contact details with BSP are up to date.
Need a bank statement?
Request one at the machine and it'll be emailed to your registered address within a few days — no branch visit, no paperwork.
Want to top up your phone or transfer between accounts?
Both available right there on the same screen.
