Asco Foundation donates 50 laptops to support digital learning in schools

The Asco Foundation has donated 50 laptops to support schools in Fiji, helping enhance ICT-based learning and teaching, particularly in remote and maritime areas where access to technology is limited.

The handover was officiated by the Minister for Education, Aseri Radrodro, where he highlighted the importance of learning to use computers and program.

Radrodro encouraged students to develop problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills to prepare for the future.

The Minister thanked the Asco Foundation on behalf of the Government, teachers and students, describing the donation as timely and thoughtful.

He urged students and teachers to use the laptops creatively to modernise classrooms, boost learning motivation, and strengthen overall performance, paving the way for a more connected and innovative education system.
