As of today, the Ministry of Health and Medical Services, in consultation with the Ministry of Commerce, Trade Tourism and Transport, has confirmed that all manual curfew and border passes issued and approved by the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Commerce to essential businesses, critical infrastructure agencies and other approved vehicles will continue to be effective until 14th June 2021.

The Government says all manual curfew and border passes for the movement of essential goods across containment and non-containment zones across Fiji have also been extended until 14th June 2021.

They say the extension of manual passes will allow ample time for essential businesses and critical infrastructure agencies to adapt to the newly established digital COVID Portal Pass.

This extension of manual curfew and border business passes is applicable only to bizpasses issued from 24th April 2021 throughout the next 14 days grace period, to allow the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Commerce and businesses to make necessary adjustments.

The Ministries will continue to also issue manual border or curfew passes for valid reasons other than for business purposes; this will include applicants who are not able to apply for a Pass digitally.

To apply for a COVID business pass, you can visit www.covidpass.mcttt.gov.fj and for other matters requiring a curfew or border pass, please email covidpassmoh@gmail.com
