The All Blacks have kicked off their 2021 campaign with a record-equalling 102-0 win over Tonga last night ahead of their match against the Flying Fijians next Saturday.

Will Jordan scored five tries, one short of Marc Ellis' record, and equal with fellow right-wing Jeff Wilson.

The All Blacks ran in with 16 unanswered tries; three from Brad Weber, 2 from Dalton Papalii while Damian McKenzie, Luke Jacobson, Richie Mo’unga, Rieko Ioane, Patrick Tuipulotu and George Bridge scored a try each.

While the result was never in question, the nature of the All Blacks performance would have impressed coach Ian Foster and a well-drilled and near full-strength Fijian side should provide a tougher test next week in Dunedin.

The All Blacks will take on the Flying Fijians at 7.05pm this Saturday.
