Akuila Masi has been appointed as the new chairman of the Fiji National Rugby League Board while former Minister for Sports Rajesh Singh is the deputy board chairman.
FNRL made this announcement after making changes to their board members where the CEO will be appointed later next month.
Also appointed are new board members which include MP Viliame Naupoto, Sitiveni Vuiyalayala and Etika Rokobuli.
While sharing his remarks, Masi emphasised the importance of unity and collaboration among board members to advance FNRL's mission and elevate the status of rugby league in Fiji.
He says his vision includes fostering grassroots participation, nurturing talent, and ensuring sustainable growth across all levels of the sport.
