About 50 children from Lakeba Village in Cakaudrove will be assisted with school books, stationery and school bags after a donation from R.C Manubhai.
R.C Manubhai Group Marketing Manager Atish Singh says often it is the simplest but most necessary things needed to attend classes and to do homework which are missing for Fijian children living in rural settlements and this is where they have tried to help.
Singh says this is in partnership with the Senivutu Youth Club in their bid to support our future leaders.
He says with this initiative they have been able to equip the children with everything they need for classes.
