Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem says the ABC has taken down the YouTube video of its story which was classified as disinformation by the Fijian Elections Office.
He says after massive efforts, the media organization has now recognized its ethics and values and published a very small apology in some parts of their website.
Saneem says however this does not affect their news operations in Fiji in terms of covering elections and members will be given accreditation and treated with due respect.
He also says they can continue to report as per the laws of Fiji without creating any disinformation in this election.
