A man has been interviewed in connection with the hit-and-run accident that caused the death of Suva women’s football player Vane Lolo Tukania.
Police say the questioning will continue after the post mortem has been conducted.
The man’s interview has been temporarily suspended.
Tukania tragically passed away following the accident along Ratu Dovi Road in Nadera on Saturday.
She was the daughter of former national and Labasa football star Tevita Tukania.
