90 per cent of youths and children in the Rewa Province do not further their education with high tertiary institutions but are more successful in pursuing trade certificate courses.

This was highlighted by the paramount chief of the Burebasaga Confederacy and Na Marama Bale Na Roko Tui Dreketi, Ro Teimumu Kepa while speaking at the Rewa Provincial Council Meeting.

Ro Teimumu urges the provincial leaders to ensure that the education of youths and children should always be paramount.

She says there are currently 20 children from the Rewa Province who are being provided education at the school in Navuso.

Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka also encouraged the youths studying in Navuso to be good men, learn and do what they are taught, and trust that many will return and lead and serve the people in the village.
