6 Permanent Secretaries reappointed

Six Permanent Secretaries have been reappointed by the Public Service Commission with the support of the Prime Minister.

Pita Tagicakirewa has been reappointed Permanent Secretary i-Taukei Affairs, Culture, Heritage and Arts until November 2025.

Seema Sharma has been reappointed as Permanent Secretary of Local Government until December 2025.

Yogesh Karan has been reappointed as Permanent Secretary of Multi-Ethnic Affairs and Sugar Industry until December 2025.

Shaheen Ali has been reappointed as Permanent Secretary of Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and Communications until December 2025.

Susan Kiran has been reappointed Secretary to Cabinet until June 2026 and she has also assumed the role of Permanent Secretary for Information effective from Monday 2nd September 2024.

Raijeli Taga has been reappointed as Permanent Secretary for Lands and Mineral Resources until her reassignment to a new Ministry in October 2024.
