Exciting news for potential home buyers in Western Division as the Bhindi Group of Companies is set to launch a $5 million real estate development along Fantasy Road in Nadi, a move expected to enhance residential and commercial landscape.

Investment Fiji says this landmark project is expected to attract both homebuyers and investors, capitalizing on the strategic location between Nadi International Airport and Nadi Town.

They say the development comprises 52 residential lots and a 3-acre commercial lot, master-planned to meet the increasing demand for high-quality housing and dynamic commercial spaces.

Investment Fiji says the residential component offers potential homeowners generously sized lots designed for modern living, complete with essential infrastructure including paved roads, utility connections, and landscaped green spaces.

Investment Fiji Chief Executive Officer Kamal Chetty says the development project by the Bhindi Group of Companies is a testament to investor confidence in Fiji’s real estate sector. He says the Bhindi Group of Companies initiative will not only stimulate economic activity in the Western Division but also support the Government’s vision of well-planned urban development.

Chetty says they welcome such investments that contribute meaningfully to job creation, housing supply, and commercial vibrancy.

He says the commercial development will consist retail, office space, and hospitality services.

Chetty also says the investment environment in Fiji continues to evolve, and with projects like this, they are seeing a clear alignment between investor interests and national development priorities.

The Fiji Trade Commission North America has commended the Bhindi Group of Companies for their continued commitment to investing in Fiji’s growth and prosperity. Fiji's Trade Commissioner to North America, Alika Cooper says this new $5 million real estate development in Nadi reflects the strong and enduring ties between Fiji and our diaspora communities abroad - particularly in North America.

He say such projects not only enhance Fiji’s urban infrastructure but also create tangible opportunities for local employment, business activity, and long-term economic resilience.

Cooper adds they look forward to supporting and encouraging more initiatives of this nature that showcase confidence in Fiji’s future.
