53 year old charged and produced in Navua Magistrates Court for fatal accident in Wainiyabia in October 2021

53-year-old Epineri Buka Vulakovaki has been charged and produced in the Navua Magistrates Court for the fatal accident in Wainiyabia, Navua in October 2021.

The accused was charged with four counts of dangerous driving occasioning death and one count of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm.

Vulakovaki has been bailed on a non cash bail bond of $500, he has to report once a month to the Navua Police Station, he is not to re-offend whilst on bail, he cannot interfere with state witnesses and is bailed with 2 sureties.

He is set to reappear in court on August 10th for the plea to be taken.
