A 40-year-old man who was found motionless in a drain on Saturday night has been identified by a relative.
Police are treating the case as a hit-and-run, and the suspect is currently being questioned at the Lautoka Police Station.
The i-Taukei man was a resident of Vanuakula Settlement in Drasa, Lautoka.
A post-mortem examination will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.
Investigations are ongoing.
