Christmas came as a blessing for 40 workers of Nazia's Hire Services and Sawmilling Pte Ltd in Labasa, who were appreciated with cash, gift hampers, and certificates in recognition of their dedication and hard work throughout the year.

The company’s Managing Director, Shan Ali, highlighted that the workers contributed tirelessly over the past year, stressing that the recognition was a way to show appreciation for their efforts.

Ali notes that the progress of the business would not have been possible without the team’s commitment and determination.

He also acknowledges the role workers played in making their recent celebration event a success.

He further shares that the gesture was also intended to show that the company values the well-being and contributions of its workers.

The business operates across various sectors including a sawmill, shop, mechanical harvester, logging sites, and farms.
