Good news for those who are searching to buy a plot to build a home as the Housing Authority has announced that 34 residential lots and one commercial lot are available for purchase at Mokosoi Estate in Pacific Harbour.

Housing Authority says 34 residential lots range in size and are competitively priced, making home ownership attainable for many Fijians, particularly first-time buyers.

They say the fully serviced lots are located about 1.5 kilometres from Pacific Harbour along Queens Road, offering easy access to schools, service stations and shopping centres.

They say the development offers 34 residential lots ranging from 385 square metres to 612 square metres, with 99-year leases.

The Housing Authority says this exciting opportunity offers potential homeowners the chance to build their dream home in a vibrant and sought-after location.

They say this initiative aligns with the Housing Authority's ongoing commitment to providing affordable housing solutions for the people of Fiji.

To be eligible for a Mokosoi lot, you must be a first-time homeowner, a Fijian citizen with an annual household income of $50,000 or less, able to purchase the land and build a house, and 18 years of age or older.
