34 Northern Division Police officers haven been honoured today with the prestigious Fiji Police Medal, while 38 others received the Fiji Police Long Service and Good Conduct Medal for their outstanding dedication and service.

Acting Commissioner of Police Juki Fong Chew extended his appreciation to the recipients’ families for their support and has urged the officers that their medals should rightfully be shared with them.

Chew says their success is not theirs alone and they must utilise every opportunity possible to acknowledge those who have contributed to their success.

He urges all Police Officers in the Northern Division to continue to serve with honour, integrity and do justice by their oath to serve.
