33 youths from Viseisei Village are participating in a transformative training program including topics such as mental health awareness, human trafficking and cyberbullying.

This training is organised by the Ministry of Youth and Sports office in Lautoka to ensure a safe and empowering environment for the youths.

The Ministry says the program involves a collaborative effort from various stakeholders including health professionals, educators, and community leaders to provide knowledge and tools required to navigate these complex issues.

They further say they are committed to ensuring youths are well-prepared to face the challenges of today and tomorrow.

The Ministry adds this training program is a significant step towards fostering resilient, informed, and responsible young leaders in our communities.
